Citi

Overview

In my role as a UX designer at Citi, I focused on new customer acquisitions and add-on promotions. When I joined the team, Citi was in the midst of a complete redesign and overhaul of the design library. I collaborated with cross-functional teams, content writers, and various product owners to maintain consistency across all customer experiences.

My responsibilities included creating low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes, journey maps, developing research plans, and presenting findings to business stakeholders.

Legacy

The goal was to rethink the sign-up wizard integrated into almost every product at Citi.

The current design was not responsive, and we used this opportunity to explore a new design language.

Redesign

We aimed to simplify and modernize the sign-up process, taking into account various devices. Our focus was on creating a design that allowed customers to easily navigate and track their progress while signing up for new accounts, adding on promotions, and/or editing a previous application.

iOS and Android

To promote add-ons to new customers, I wanted to test a design and interaction that would encourage customers to learn more about their options. We presented two different approaches in a moderated test, where we gathered satisfaction ratings and overall feedback. Our goal was to create an unobtrusive experience and provide a seamless process for customers.
